1. About Us

Big Bite Theory is a cloud kitchen based in Rugby, UK, specialising in Indo Chinese and South Indian cuisine. Orders are accepted via our online shop and fulfilled for delivery or collection.

2. Ordering

All orders must be placed through our official online shop. By submitting an order you confirm that all information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout.

4. Delivery

We deliver within our designated service area in Rugby and surrounding areas. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to demand or circumstances beyond our control. A minimum order value may apply for delivery.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled within 5 minutes of being placed. Once preparation has begun, cancellations cannot be accepted. If your order arrives incorrect or unsatisfactory, please contact us within 30 minutes of receipt at for a resolution.

6. Allergens

Please refer to our Allergen Disclaimer for full details. Allergens may be present in our kitchen environment. It is your responsibility to inform us of any dietary requirements at the time of ordering.

7. Liability

Big Bite Theory's liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our service.
